Ohio archæological and historical quarterly
A state historical society journal issued from Columbus beginning in 1888, gathering members' papers on Ohio archaeology, frontier settlement and local history. Illustrations are wood engravings and pen drawings of stockaded forts with blockhouses, keyed ground plans, river valley landscapes, and captioned scenes of early buildings and travellers, useful for hatched foliage, diagram keys and period lettering.
