Ohio archæological and historical quarterly
A scholarly quarterly issued by the Ohio State Archaeological and Historical Society in Columbus from 1887, carrying state history and archaeology papers for members and local researchers. The plates are mostly halftone portraits of officials and society figures in oval vignettes, coarsely screened on dark grounds, alongside relic and site views useful as period portrait frames and grainy textures.
