Oikidia, or, Nutshells : being ichnographic distributions for small villas, chiefly upon oeconomical principles : in seven classes, with occasional remarks
A 1785 London pattern book by architect James Peacock, printed for the author and sold by Charles Dilly, setting out ichnographic plans for small economical villas arranged in seven classes for builders and prospective householders. The plates are engraved ground plans with grey-washed wall masses, lettered rooms, stair flights and chimney breasts, useful as geometric line motifs, grid patterns and architectural diagram fragments.
