A short American guide to infant clothing and feeding, written by Alma A. Caller with J. H. Hanaford and printed in Boston in 1886 for mothers sewing layettes and knitting baby garments. The wood-engraved plates are mostly advertising matter: crosshatched portrait heads of babies and a bearded man, a spool of Corticelli silk, banner lettering and starred medallion frames.
