Outlines of instruction in the needle-working trade
A 1922 vocational training pamphlet by Joseph Victor Lynn, issued by the engineering extension department of Iowa State College at Ames to guide instructors teaching factory needle-trade work. The scanned pages reproduced here are patterned endpapers: a pale diamond lattice of dotted rules enclosing small circular seal-like medallions, printed in grey-green on cream, useful as a repeating background tile, a subtle book-cloth texture, or a base for lettering.
