Constantin Winterberg's 1899 Strassburg edition of Piero della Francesca's fifteenth-century treatise De prospectiva pingendi, printed from the Parma manuscript with German translation for art historians and students of perspective. The plates are line diagrams: numbered points, dashed construction rays and vanishing lines laid over plain outlines of arches, vaults, windows and polygonal solids, usable as geometric overlays, technical ornament or framing grids.
