A teacher's manual of physical training and games for special classes in Philadelphia's elementary schools, compiled by Elizabeth O'Neill for the city Board of Public Education and printed by pupils of the Philadelphia Trades School in 1916. The plates are plain line diagrams of floor markings and targets — single circles, concentric rings, and small numbered rings scoring 5, 10, and 15 — usable as geometric marks, scoring motifs, or diagram borders.
