A catalogue of the paintings in the royal palace gallery at Milan, engraved by Michele Bisi with text by Robustiano Gironi and issued by the Stamperia Reale in 1812 for collectors and academy students. The outline engravings reduce Renaissance and Baroque altarpieces to fine contour line with light hatching, offering saints, kneeling crowds, drapery studies and arched frame shapes.
