A short 1894 handbook on cycling and training by American racer Arthur Augustus Zimmerman with Frank Bowden, published in Leicester by F.W.S. Clarke for British riders and racing enthusiasts. The plates are side-on engravings of safety bicycles, drawn as clean profiles of diamond frames, spoked wheels, saddles and chainsets, useful as silhouettes, technical outlines and period product drawings.
