Population and its distribution
A market-research reference issued by the advertising agency J. Walter Thompson in 1921 from New York and Chicago, compiling United States population and census figures for admen and media buyers. Its plates are state-by-state outline maps, drawn in plain black line with rivers as thin squiggles, cities as filled dots with serif labels, and blocks of population statistics set beside them.
