A collector's guide to antiques by Virginia Robie, published in Boston by Little, Brown in 1916 for American amateur buyers of old china, glass and furniture. The plates are halftone photographs of objects shot against dark cloth: tea and coffee services with sprigged floral decoration, lustre and pressed glass, and standing porcelain figures useful as silhouettes and period ornament reference.
