A 1759 guidebook to the antiquities and curiosities held in the Medici grand-ducal gallery in Florence, compiled by Giuseppe Bianchi, printed at the Stamperia imperiale and sold by Tommaso Giotti to visitors and collectors of the ducal collections. The plates are printers' ornaments: horizontal headpiece and tailpiece bands of acanthus scrollwork with winged putti, lidded urns, grotesque masks, crowned arms and oval cameo portrait medallions, useful as rules, dividers and framing devices.
