A Polish astronomical monograph of 1904, printed by J. Sikorski, on determining the apparent shape of the celestial vault for astronomers and students of optics and perception. The two plates are fine-line geometric diagrams — a flattened dome over a quarter-circle with fanned sight lines and graded scales, and a celestial sphere with horizon circle, zenith point, meridian arcs and lettered points — usable as sparse technical linework, measurement scales and sphere constructions.
