Record of invention and suggestions concerning patents, containing blank forms for preserving records of inventions, also information on securing and disposing of patents
A short 1899 handbook and blank-form book issued at Salem, Massachusetts by Charles D. Gay, meant for inventors keeping dated records of their ideas and learning how to file and sell patents. The lone plate is a plain pen-and-ink axonometric drawing of a hinged flat board and upright panel, parts marked with hand-lettered capitals A through F, useful as patent-diagram line art or a model for annotated technical sketches.
