Reminiscences of editors, reporters, and printers, during the last sixty years
Andrew Aird, a Glasgow printer, published these recollections of the city's editors, reporters and printing trade in 1890 through his own firm Aird & Coghill, for readers in the newspaper and book trades. The plates are printer's specimen pages: ruled double-line borders framing near-blank leaves, with tiny engraved flower sprays, a footed vase of blooms, and a blackletter section word.
