Report of the Federal plan commission on a general plan for the cities of Ottawa and Hull ... 1915
A 1916 government planning report issued by the Federal Plan Commission under Sir Herbert Holt, proposing a general plan for Ottawa and Hull for Canadian officials and engineers. Its plates are large lithographed survey maps and railway diagrams in black with red and grey overlays, plus street sections and park schemes, useful for line-drawn cartography, compass roses, and hand-lettered map titles.
