A Russian topographical survey of the church architecture of Rostov Veliki and Uglich, written by Boris von Eding and published by Iosif Knebel in Moscow in 1913 for antiquarians and architectural historians. Halftone photographs show onion domes, tented bell towers, arcaded porches and gabled facades with faded frescoes, useful for masonry texture, silhouette studies and soft grey photographic tone.
