Saggio epistolare sopra la tipografia del Friuli nel secolo XV
A letter-form essay by Antonio Bartolini on fifteenth-century printing in Friuli, issued in Udine by the Fratelli Pecile in 1798 for antiquarians and book collectors. The plates here are the volume's block-printed cover paper: a repeating grid of short yellow bars stacked between mauve vertical strokes and dotted lines on cream stock, usable as tiling background, endpaper, or textile-like pattern fill.
