Sarcophages de l'époque bubastite à l'époque saïte
A museum catalogue volume by Alexandre Moret recording the Cairo Museum's wooden coffins of the Bubastite through Saite periods, published in Leipzig by K. Hiersemann in 1912 for Egyptologists and collection curators. The plates are halftone photographs of painted coffin lids, cases and interiors, showing long vertical columns of hieroglyphs, stacked registers of small figures and deities, and repeating painted border strips usable as ornament bands, cartouche frames and figure silhouettes.
