The Seleucid mint of Antioch
A numismatic study of the Seleucid royal mint at Antioch by Edward T. Newell, published in New York by the American Numismatic Society in 1918 for collectors and classical scholars. Halftone plates show silver tetradrachms in obverse-reverse pairs: diademed royal profiles, enthroned Zeus and Apollo, Greek legends, and monograms, useful as portrait medallions, seal motifs, and Greek lettering models.
