Shades and globes.
A 1912 trade catalogue of glass lampshades and globes issued by the Macbeth-Evans Glass Company of Pittsburgh, engraved and printed by the Bartlett-Orr Press for lighting dealers, fixture makers, and electrical supply houses. Plates group numbered shades against graded grey grounds in soft halftone, showing faceted and paneled forms, etched star and floral motifs, Gothic arcading, and pierced metal collars; useful for product silhouettes, catalogue numbering, and shaded tonal backgrounds.
