Painting and Decorating Working Methods: A Text Book for the Apprentice and Journeyman House Painter and Decorator
A 1922 trade textbook edited by F. N. Vanderwalker for the International Association of Master House Painters and Decorators, written to train apprentice and journeyman house painters in the United States and Canada. The plates are printed color-sample charts: flat rectangles of earth pigments, ochres, siennas, greens and blacks, each numbered, useful as period paint palettes and swatch-grid layouts.
