Sulfur Dyes on Cotton Yarn
A dye trade catalogue issued around 1900 by the Berlin Aniline Works from its New York, Boston, and Philadelphia offices, addressed to cotton mill dyers buying sulfur colors. The cover shows centered letterpress typography in italic and spaced capitals on olive board, a small winged monogram crest, and short zigzag ornament rules that designers can lift as dividers and title-page furniture.
