Chrome Dyes for Woolen Goods
A 1925 trade sample book issued by the National Aniline and Chemical Company of New York to show woolen mill dyers and buyers the colours obtainable from its chrome dyes. Each page mounts rows of pinked-edge wool swatches beside typeset formulas and percentages, giving designers real dyed-cloth colour chips in olives, wine reds, browns, violets and inky blues, plus ruled tabular layouts and scalloped swatch edges.
