Colour : A Handbook of the Theory of Colour
A technical handbook on colour theory by George H. Hurst, printed by Aberdeen University Press for Scott, Greenwood in 1900, aimed at dyers, painters and design students. The numbered plates give flat chromolithographed swatches, overlapping discs of mixed light, spectral bars on black, nested triangles, and scattered crescent shapes on tinted grounds — ready-made palettes and geometric colour diagrams.
