Sigillographie de l'Empire byzantin
Gustave Schlumberger's 1884 catalogue of Byzantine lead seals, published in Paris by Ernest Leroux for numismatists and medieval historians. Line drawings show both faces of each seal: cruciform monogram inscriptions, invocation crosses, standing saints and blocky Greek lettering fitted into a circle, useful for monogram construction, circular type layout and roundel devices.
