A promotional factory book issued by Benziger Brothers of New York in 1894, showing how their silversmiths and metalworkers made chalices, monstrances and other church furnishings, addressed to clergy and church buyers. The plates are printed as single-colour orange halftones of workshop interiors, rows of men at benches and lathes, finished liturgical vessels and the factory seen from the street, useful for industrial interiors, tool and bench detail, and a ready-made warm monochrome palette.
