The Badminton Magazine of Sports and Pasttimes 1896-07: Vol 3 Iss 12
A monthly British sports periodical issued by Longman, Green & Co. in July 1896, aimed at gentleman riders, hunters, swimmers and other amateur sportsmen. Pen-and-ink vignettes and silhouette-style plates show a groom bridling a horse, riders taking a fence, and a swimmer breaking a drowning man's grip, useful as small spot figures and headpieces.
