A 1914 U.S. Government Printing Office pamphlet from the Interstate Commerce Commission setting out drafting standards for the railroad valuation maps and profiles required under section 19A, issued to railroad engineers and surveyors. The plates are long horizontal sample sheets — station maps, land and track diagrams, and grade profiles in fine line and grid, with title blocks, scale bars and hand-lettered annotation.
