Specimens of the architecture of Normandy, from the 16th to the 17th century. Engraved by John and Henry Le Keux
A measured-drawing survey of Norman medieval buildings by the architectural draughtsman Augustus Charles Pugin, engraved on copper by John and Henry Le Keux and reissued in 1874 by Blackie in London with notes by R. Phené Spiers, for architects and building students. The plates are fine outline engravings — elevations, plans, sections, window tracery, vault ribs, moulding profiles with lettered keys and scale rules — usable as skeletal linework, pattern sources, or technical-drawing texture.
