The Star games, tricks and puzzles
A cheap American parlour-amusement manual issued by the Star Publishing Company of Jersey City in 1893, collecting games, sleight-of-hand tricks and puzzles for family evenings at home. Coarse line cuts show hands demonstrating tricks step by step, cords and rings knotted into puzzle rigs, and small props diagrammed with letter keys — useful for instructional hand gestures and rope-puzzle motifs.
