Starye gody
Starye gody ("Bygone Years") was a Russian monthly on art and antiquities, published in St. Petersburg from 1907 for collectors, curators and amateurs of the eighteenth-century past. Plates mix sepia halftones of marble busts and vaulted palace interiors with reproduced wash drawings of classical ruins and small etched vignettes of allegorical figures among fallen columns, armour and urns.
