A catalogue volume of the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, compiled by Friedrich Wilhelm von Bissing and published in Vienna in 1904 for archaeologists and museum curators, recording the collection's stone vessels. Halftone photographs show single jars, bowls and flasks isolated on white with inventory numbers set beside them, alongside line drawings of carved relief decoration \u2014 useful for silhouettes of vessel profiles, mottled stone surfaces, and figured ornament in flat black and white.
