St. Nicholas book of plays & operettas
A collection of plays and operettas for children reprinted from St. Nicholas magazine, issued by the Century Co. in New York in 1905 for young amateur performers and the adults staging them. Pen-and-ink line drawings, monogrammed F.Y.C., show costumed children in fairy wings, bonnets and ruffled skirts, plus strips of rehearsal poses useful as figure silhouettes, costume patterns and spot decoration.
