Store fronts : our specialties: cast iron, steel, galvanized iron, woodwork, wrought iron.
A 1904 trade catalogue from Geo. L. Mesker & Co. of Evansville, Indiana, printed by Keller Ptg. and Pub. Co., selling cast iron, steel and galvanized storefront components to builders, merchants and small-town contractors. Engraved perspective views show two-story shopfronts with stamped cornices, pilasters, sill courses and large display windows, each numbered and priced, giving designers a stock of ornamental metal patterns, window grids and period commercial facade elevations.
