Study of fabrics
A 1918 textile manual by Annabell Turner, published in New York and London by D. Appleton for students of home economics and dressmaking. Halftone plates show woven and knitted swatches enlarged to reveal weave grids, pile surfaces, and torn edges, alongside line drawings of tangled fibers; useful as ready-made halftone textures, grid patterns, and thread-line motifs.
