Talmudische Archäologie
Samuel Krauss's Talmudische Archäologie, published in Leipzig by G. Fock in 1910, is a German scholarly survey of the material culture named in rabbinic literature, written for Jewish studies and archaeology readers. The pictures are small pencil-and-line drawings of everyday objects — hinged writing tablets, a stylus, bound reed bundles, tent gables — plus a diagonal patterned cover paper usable as a tiling texture.
