A Spanish edition of Giovanni Paolo Gallucci's astronomical and astrological handbook, translated by Miguel Pérez and printed in Granada by Sebastián Muñoz in 1614 for readers learning to measure the heavens, the earth, and the calendar. The woodcuts are concentric volvelles and dials ruled into spokes and cells, filled with zodiac and planet signs, roman and arabic numerals, and feast dates, each turning on a foliate rosette hub with a ruled pointer arm — usable as circular grid systems, symbol sets, and rotating-chart layouts.
