Tissus et nouveauts 1913
A French-language dry-goods and dress catalogue issued in Montreal in 1913 by A. & H. Lionais, aimed at retail customers and dressmakers choosing fabrics and made-up garments. The 280 pictures are small pen-and-ink fashion figures—women in ankle-length tailored day dresses, belted waists and plumed hats, drawn in hatched line beside French descriptions and prices—useful as period silhouettes, hat shapes and line-drawing textures.
