Traicté des cinq ordres d'architecture, desquels se sont seruy les anciens
A French treatise on the five classical orders, adapted by Pierre Le Muet from Palladio's Quattro libri and engraved by Grégoire Huret, published in Paris by François Langlois in 1645 for architects, masons and builders. The plates are unshaded outline engravings of column bases, capitals, entablatures and pedestals, keyed with letters and fractional dimensions, alongside coffer plans and rosette borders drawn in bare construction lines.
