Orme in London in 1817 for art students and practising painters. Outline engravings demonstrate lessons: heads drawn frontally and in profile with shaded contours, and perspective schemes of colonnaded courtyards filled with statues on pedestals, useful as clean line stock for faces, architecture and figure staging.
