Trevisanvs, De chymico miracvlo, qvod lapidem philosophiae appellant. Dionys. Zecharivs, Gallus, de eodem : auctoritatibus varijs principum huius artis, Democriti, Gebri, Lvllii, Villanovani confirmati & illustrati
A Latin alchemical compilation of treatises by Bernard of Trevisan, Denis Zacaire and Nicolas Flamel, edited by Gerhard Dorn and printed in Basel in 1583 by the heirs of Pietro Perna for learned readers of metallurgy and transmutation. The pictures are square woodcut initials in which the letter sits against foliage, buds and tendrils, cut in coarse hatching that prints unevenly on laid paper.
