UNCLE WIGGILY' S HOLIDAYS -Bk3- By HOWARD R. GARIS GUNSTON CLASSICS
A 1919 Gunston Classics volume of Howard R. Garis's Uncle Wiggily bedtime stories, three short tales written for American children and read aloud at night. The plates are pen-line drawings with flat hand-tinted color showing dressed rabbits, mice, ducks and ladybugs in farm kitchens and snowy yards, useful for animal-in-clothing figures, simple domestic props, and open white backgrounds that drop easily into layouts.
