Un Musée du livre a Bruxelles : rapport
A 1905 French-language report by Edmond Gregoir and J. van Overstraeten, printed in Brussels by the widow of Ferdinand Larcier, arguing the case for a Musée du livre to government officials and the book trade. The plates are halftone photographs of continental book-trade institutions: a reading room with chairs and pendant lamps, a muralled ceremonial hall in red-brown ink, a brick-and-gable civic building, and a showroom of bookbinding and printing machinery under a hanging Karl Krause sign.
