Verne - Journee Journaliste Americain
A French futuristic short story, "La Journée d'un journaliste américain en 2889," credited to Jules Verne and written with his son Michel, published in 1891 for popular magazine readers. Tonal wash illustrations show machine halls of globes and turbines, a speaker before banks of seated operators, and a colour plate of an aero-cab on a rooftop gantry, plus a portrait of Verne.
