Visitation of England and Wales
A privately printed genealogical record of English and Welsh families, compiled by Joseph Jackson Howard and Frederick Arthur Crisp in London in 1893 for subscribing families and heraldic researchers. Line-engraved coats of arms fill the plates: shields with charges, helmeted crests of lions, griffins and eagles, and ribboned Latin mottoes, all usable as clean black-and-white emblems, badges or borders.
