Visitation of England and Wales
A privately printed genealogical register of English and Welsh families, compiled by Joseph Jackson Howard and Frederick Arthur Crisp in London in 1893 for subscribing families and heraldic scholars. Line-engraved armorial plates pair quartered shields with crests, mantling and motto ribbons, giving designers clean black-on-white lions, swans, owls, towers and banner scrolls that lift easily as logos or monogram frames.
