Visitation of England and Wales
A privately printed English genealogical reference compiled by Joseph Jackson Howard and Frederick Arthur Crisp in London, 1893, recording pedigrees and arms of families for subscribers and heraldic scholars. The plates are engraved coats of arms — shields with quartered charges, helmed crests, mantling, motto ribbons and cartouche frames — usable as crests, ornamental borders and small emblem stamps.
