Vita di Andrea Palladio vicentino egregio architetto
Tommaso Temanza's Italian life of the architect Andrea Palladio, printed in Venice by Giambattista Pasquali in 1762 with engravings by Giovanni Battista Brustolon, written for antiquarians and architectural scholars. Line engravings reproduce commemorative medals — a bearded profile portrait, a temple front inscribed AETERNITATI SACRVM — alongside a rayed allegorical figure in a ribboned cartouche and foliate headpieces useful as rules, frames, and emblem stock.
