Wall paper.
A Sears, Roebuck and Co. mail-order catalogue of wallpaper, issued in Chicago around 1900 for rural and small-town American households ordering by post. Each plate stacks three coordinated printed patterns—ceiling, border, and side wall—labelled in the margin, with lattices, rose swags, cherub medallions, and vertical stripe repeats in dense line work suited to tiling, backgrounds, and ornament lifting.
